0.11 Update: Rules Are Better

We have an update for Bob PicRoss! The rules should work a lot better in letting you know if you've completed a color in a row or column.

The game jam version is now separated from the main builds, so if you want to only judge the game jam version, you can easily do so by downloading that one instead of the main one! They're the ones listed under a version 0.10.
